Mrs. Malinda L. Coleman-Woodson, Secretary—is the Office Manager for several USAID projects. She serves as a Consultant to develop local budgets for International Companies participating in USAID projects, Logistics Support Specialist for the World Bank-funded projects, Liaison Officer, a Representative for a German organization and Liberian NGO’s, Finance and Administrative Manager for various international organizations and worked as an external auditor. Mrs. Woodson holds a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from the Cuttington University. She has over 15 years of experience in the non-governmental organizations (NGO’s) sector and auditing. Currently, she serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees of TOP International school.
