Cllr. Sarah M. Jegede-Toe, Chairperson—is the Co-Chairman of the National Elections Commission of Liberia. She worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) as the Legal and Judicial Support Systems Division, and at the American Bar Association (ABA) as a Senior Staff Attorney. Also, she was a member of the Grievance and Ethics Committee of the Supreme Court headed by Cllr. Clarence Simpson, the Chairperson of the Violence Mitigation Conference held from December 2-4, 2010 that was hosted in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University, USA. Commissioner Jegede-Toe is working towards the advancement of the Legal profession in Liberia. She holds an LLB Degree from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia and is a counselor-at-law and she is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickson University in the United States with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations.
